I thought it would be fun to let you, my dear readers, select 3 of the 4 dishes for our French Global Table Adventure.

If you want the truth, I simply can’t decide. I’d make it all if I could.

  1. Fr Onion soup is great as is Beef Bourg…however, if one cannot eat red meat – it’s a loss…Fr Onion soup made with other than a beef broth base would be a contemporary adaptation most welcome…!!

      Originally Beef Bourgignon was made with water and wine. No beef broth required. In fact, the Cordon Bleu doesn’t use it at all!

  4. My vote is for E: All of the above. Wouldn’t it just be appropriate (and tasty!) to just make EVERYTHING you just posted? It’s france! I’m pretty sure everyone would agree with me on this one.
