Poblano peppers
, thinly sliced

onions
, thinly sliced

lemons

Instructions
Preheat grill to medium.
Rinse and pat dry the fish then season the cavity with salt and pepper.
Add the onions, peppers and lemon slices to the cavity.
Brush the preheated grill with a little oil and add the stuffed trout.
Cook each side for about 6 minutes or until opaque and flaky.
