For the coating:
milk

Instructions
First, fill a pot half way with vegetable oil and bring to 335F. Then, set out a shallow bowl of milk. In a second shallow bowl, mix together the flour, ground thyme, salt, and pepper.
Dip the frog legs in milk, then flour mixture.
Deep fry at 335F until golden brown.
Drain on a paper towel and sprinkle with salt.
Enjoy immediately.
