cucumbers
, peeled, seeded and cut into small pieces

onions
, finely chopped

mint leaves
, fresh, finely chopped
1 1/2 Tbsp
white vinegar

lime
, juiced
salt
pepper
, coarsely cracked
ground sumac

Instructions
Cut everything up, and toss together.
Cover and place in refrigerator for at least half an hour.
Salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with a sprinkle of sumac.
