Recipe: Sauteed Red Kale

Ingredients: 1 bunch red kale olive oil vinegar (red or white wine) Method: 1. Rinse and trim the kale. Kale is full of good-for-you vitamins and minerals so eat it up! 2. In my hunt to find the perfect combination of recipes I read this old saying, "Mach-e Batth-e Bangali" ("Fish and rice make a Bengali" - "the country of Bengal" is the direct translation of Bangladesh). This saying gives a snapshot of what daily meals are like on the river delta where fish are plentiful and rice is handy. If you have time a pot of Basmati rice goes wonderfully with this menu. Monday Meal Review: Albania

This week Albanian Vegetables were my favorite

This is Meal #2 in my personal challenge: to eat one meal from every country in the world. I'll be honest with you. I spent most of Saturday feeling a bit put out.  I rummaged through my spice drawer for nothing in particular. I picked up and put down a head of garlic at least 5 times.
