Recipe: Iced Hibiscus Drink with Fresh Pineapple (Bissap a la Bonne Dame)

Makes 1.75 liters (plus the pineapple) Chilled hibiscus tea is light and refreshing. The natural floral tang is a wonderful counterpart to sweet pineapple chunks.
