Ingredients
  • 8 cups water
  • 1/4 cup dried hibiscus
  • 2 tsp grated ginger , fresh
  • 1 1/2 – 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • sugar , to taste

Instructions
  1. Boil a happy pot of water (8 cups).
  2. Add hibiscus, ginger, vanilla extract, and a small snowfall of sugar.
  3. Let steep a few minutes.
  4. Strain the tea and enjoy.
