  • 3 eggs , vigorously whisked together
  • 1 tsp ghee or butter

  • cheddar , shredded
  • parsley , chopped
  • green onions , sliced

  1. Heat a 10 inch nonstick skillet over medium-high. Add a pat of butter.
  2. When the butter sizzles and cackles like a hungry chicken, pour in well-beaten eggs.
